The American Cryptogram Association (ACA) had a decadal birthday in 2009. For this happening, I had the honor to create a birthday cipher, that was aim to be cracked at the yearly convention (this year at the Niagara Falls).
The cipher has three parts and consists of a substitution as well as a transposition cipher. Of course, all cipher types were well known in the year of foundation 1929.
